Pacific Administrators, Inc. is currently recruiting for the following job position(s).

Serve as a key member of the company’s management team, responsible for the overall direction and coordination of client funds and corporate financial planning, budgeting, cash management, and profitability. Supervise the accounting staff to ensure the accuracy and productivity of the day-to-day activities of client funds and corporate financial operations. Develop accounting staff skills to ensure cross coverage during absences and to provide for succession planning. Safeguard client and corporate assets and ensure accurate and timely recording of all transactions by implementing and maintaining internal controls. Issue timely client and corporate financial reports and ensure client and company’s operating department requests are serviced in a professional and timely manner.
